 when will my order ship?

currently, order processing time can be anywhere from 4 week days to 2 weeks. we do our best to ship out items as soon as we can, but if you have a specific need for an order by a certain time, feel free to reach out and tell us!

once my order ships, how can i keep track of it?

we use USPS to ship our packages. once they've been shipped, it is completely out of our hands. we recommend you check the tracking number emailed to you, and if you have any questions regarding the status of your pacakge, USPS would be able to answer them when we can't!

returns & cancellations 💌

do you accept returns and/or exchanges? 

due to Glo's being a small business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. please be sure of sizing before you order, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

can i cancel my order? what if i need to change shipping information?

as a general rule, we don't process cancellations for orders. but if you have placed an order and realize (before it ships!!!) that the size was inputted wrong, or that the address has an error, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to fix the situation before your order ships.

When do you restock?

 restocks are not done on a regular basis, so we highly recommend grabbing your chance to order an item whenever you see it available! sometimes, when stock runs out, we end up discontinuing the item forever, to make room for new pieces. 

How do I know what size to order?

please refer to size charts on individual item listings, or send us a DM on instagram to get help! all of our clothing pieces are unisex sizing, so they may run a bit large, but we always recommend sizing up if you want an oversized look.

 How do I become an ambassador for your brand?

currently we are not looking for ambassadors. if you are interested in being apart of Glo's though, please please please tag us in your posts wearing Glo's items and we would love to get to know you further through that! our fav collabs come from customers we've interacted with in the past :)
